At MiniMe Mindfulness, we run fun sessions for children filled with meditations, stories, games and crafts to allow them to explore the Superpowers they have within themselves to help them support their own mental health & well-being. Each session is focused around a particular Superpower to introduce children to an idea/practice that shows them how they can support the way they feel and regulate nervous systems. This is done in a way that promotes fun and being active with others. We are offering three camp days in Cottenham over the Easter holiday. On each day, a Superpower will be explored in the morning and a second Superpower in the afternoon. These will be confirmed nearer the time. Wednesday 8th April Thursday 9th April Friday 10th April Packed lunch required. Morning and Afternoon snack/drink time will be given.
