At MiniMe Mindfulness, we run fun sessions for children filled with meditations, games and crafts to allow them to explore the Superpowers they have within themselves to help them support their own mental health. Each session is focused around a particular Superpower to introduce children to an idea/practice that shows them how they can support the way they feel and regulate nervous systems. This is done in a way that promotes fun and being active with others.
